Delivery & Returns
Our aim is to dispatch all orders within 3 working days. Delivery is sent by a standard shipping method, and usually takes between 3-5 working days.
You will receive an email once your order has been dispatched which will inform you that your order is on its way! Please make sure you have added us to a safe sender list to make sure you don't miss this email.
Pre Order Delivery
If you have chosen a pre-order item, when you selected it on the product page it will have informed you of an approximate delivery date. We will contact you via email to keep you updated on this date.
Please note: This date is approx and we will do everything in our power to get the delivery with you within the predicted timescales but on the rare occasion there may be delays out of our control.
If you choose to order an item which is available for pre order along with items which are in stock, we are only able to ship the entire order once all items are in stock unless you contact us to pay for an extra delivery charge.

Please make sure that the delivery address you have entered is correct as we cannot accept responsibility if the delivery address you have provided is incorrect.
The courier will attempt to delivery your item a few times if you are not in. Please make sure if you miss it the first time, you contact them using the card through your front door to re-arrange delivery to a safe place/when you are available. If you do not re-arrange the delivery and the courier fails 3 times as an attempt to deliver to you, it will mean your parcel is returned to us. If your parcel is returned to us, we will provide a full refund for the item(s) which you ordered but cannot refund the delivery cost.
We are unable to accept responsibility for any parcels reported as missing if you have provided an alternative delivery option to the courier.
Our delivery charges are based on the weight and are calculated at the checkout.
We do hope that you are happy with your order, however if you would like to return your item(s) please contact us on email@example.com and include your order number & your name and address within the email. We will accept returns within 14 days of the item being received to you. The item(s) must be returned undamaged and in their original packaging in a re-saleable condition.
You are responsible for the cost of returning the item(s) unless the goods you have received are faulty or damaged.
Please ensure that you use a trusted shipping service and keep a receipt of your returned item(s) as we will not be able to issue a refund if your return is lost in transit, however by keeping the receipt you may be eligible to claim compensation with your chosen shipping service.
Once we have received your returned item(s), we will notify you and process your refund for the returned goods. Please allow up to 5 days for the refund to show in your account. We are a small business so we will not be able to refund your original postage costs. We are sorry, but in future as we grow it is something we look to do.
We take the upmost care in packaging your orders to ensure that they are not damaged in transit, however if you do receive a damaged item, we politely ask that you take a photo and send it to us via email.
As soon as we have received a photo of your damaged item(s), we will process a refund or send a replacement to the shipping address stated on your original order.

Cancelling Your Order
If you wish to cancel your order, please email us as soon as possible after placing your order and we will issue a refund providing your order has not been shipped. If your order has already been shipped by the time you contact us, you will have to follow the usual returns procedure.
